Matt was extremely engaging during the course. He knew the course and was able to offer good example that I could identify with. Course was good, it cemented the knowledge i already had and i learnt new skills as well.
Ben made today really enjoyable, his knowledge and expertise really shows, he teaches with a passion that is commendable. I have come away with a knowledge and understanding of PBS and more confidence to get out of a dangerous situation with the strategy and knowledge gained today.
