Sean was a brilliant trainer! He shared knowledge well and in an engaging manner. He was very informative with the breakaways and demonstrated these clearly to the team, involving all members. I felt much more confident by the end of the course.

It was really interactive, felt carried along, it was really educative and extremely easy to understand. Learnt helpful stuff and I feel confident going into my job with the skills I have learnt.
