Very interesting and engaging, has given me confidence going into my new role. Kelly was really nice and welcoming, making the training less daunting and more comfortable. Was delivered in a way that was easy to understand and went into more detail when stuck or confused. Overall very useful and informative with great guidance from Kelly :)
It was a nice session .very interactive ...make sure always do with small groups it works more as we did
