Very interesting, well presented. Lee presented the course in a clear way. The practical part was very clear and easy to follow.

Lee has very relatable experience in the techniques that we use , which made it effective in helping us understand why the behaviours might occur and how the can be de-escalated before breakaway is needed.

The course trainer made the subject fun and engaging and found this is the best time doing the course. By using different exercises and games it made it a better learning experience.

Very good course. Trainer done really well with lots of tips and information. Nice to be able to use the behaviours of the people we look after within in the training.
