I found this course was a lot more insightful and more targeted towards my role. The information given was clear and Ben give us time to ask questions and answer them.

This course was very interesting and has given me tools that I can use in both my jobs. My trainer has explained reason for my balance and spatial awareness issues giving me greater understanding of myself and others around me. Practical skill are useful both in job content and in societal context.

I have been a great number of teaching courses in my previous profession. I can genuinely say I have never felt as motivated by a trainer. His knowledge was immense and pace was just right for us. He incorporated all the learning styles and was practically helpful if we were not sure of the moves. It was totally inclusive.

Love the passion of the trainer. Primarily having positivity at the forefront of this course really gives me reassurance that there is active change happening within this profession FSO have made an excellent choice of training provider

The content of the course was excellent. The behaviour arousal topic helped me a lot to understand the different behavioural patterns. It was really wonderful. I was really benefitted in knowing more of the difference strategies to tackle behavioural concern.
