Ben was an excellent trainer, explained points clearly backed up with relevant examples.

Learnt new methods of how to deal and strategise with challenging behaviours in the workplace from service users. Course leader was informative and helpful with giving information and advice with dealing with behaviours and how to handle them.

Liam was very friendly and kept everyone engaged in the course. Liam went over items on the agenda if someone was unsure of anything.

Really enjoyed the course, very informative, would definitely think about what I've learnt.

Enlightening course with valuable methods and techniques to minimise the risk of escalation. Focus should be on the person and not the behaviour. Will be amending current Positive behavioural Support Plans based on the course content. Delivered in a manner that facilitated a positive learning experience.
