The content was incredible. Contents was in-depth and learnt lots of new things. Felt long at times but it was very thorough. As a team leader it is comfortable to know staff will be equipped with the skills and knowledge that will support them in their role. I feel comfortable they will be taught and can learn important information. The trainer was engaging, thorough and friendly. Was there to help and answered any questions. Made the 2 days go smoothly and fast. I have enjoyed being here.
