I found the course absolutely fantastic the best training course I have ever been on! Ben our trainer was brilliant very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience so he know what he’s talking about. Would definitely do this course again, I have learnt so much which I can now transfer into my day to day work practices. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone, those that don’t even work in care this course enables you to explore why people behave they way we do and how to deal with situations. Absolutely brilliant!!!
