Really good day, learnt alot of significant in formation on de-escalation and techniques that has given me confidence to carry out if needed.

As I work in ED this training will be extremely helpful as we can sometimes find ourselves with patients in heightened situations that can easily become aggressive so I am glad that I now have the knowledge and skills to be able to try to de escalate the situation and safely restrain an individual if required.

Very good course. Liam ensured that it was an interactive course and the whole group joined in. Important skills learnt that will be used in practice if required.
