Trainer was very instructive and interactive

Ben was genuinely an amazing trainer. He has so much knowledge of the subjects he is teaching and makes the course enjoyable. He is a credit to the role he undertakes.

Ben is a legend. I think I'm definitely more confident in keeping my service users and member of staff safe. The Autism discuss was eye opening.

This course was informative, and could be very helpful in my role as a support worker. The trainer was very good and knowledgeable, and conducted the course in a relaxed and positive manner.

brilliant course and i dont normally like courses as i find them very boaring but this was fun and very educational i struggle to keep concentration for a long time but with ben it was easy really enjoyed the 2 days
