I learnt alot from this course

Absolutely brilliant course. Never been to positive behaviour support that good. Ben was in-depth, well knowledgeable. He made it understandable and relatable.

Learnt some interesting appropriate information and effective breakaway techniques.

I am impressed with the facilitator. I was able to learn extensively about PBS. Breakaway skills and communication strategy during cue or trigger time. I am going to put it in practice

Learnt new methods of how to deal and strategise with challenging behaviours in the workplace from service users. Course leader was informative and helpful with giving information and advice with dealing with behaviours and how to handle them.
