Overall I thought the course was great. Both nigal and Jamie were brilliant. I learned alot and really happy I did it 😀 my knowledge it's much greater now.

I found the course very interesting and enhanced my knowledbge .. I found the break away technique difficult in some areas and I need to practice as I felt to many technique s at once

I really enjoyed the whole course. I found it extremely interesting and helpful. Ben gave information that I didn’t know about and found it extremely useful for my job. I am going to be doing my nvq and will find a lot of the information very useful to use towards that.
