Good course, good detail and variety of teaching methods.

I found the course very interesting and enhanced my knowledbge .. I found the break away technique difficult in some areas and I need to practice as I felt to many technique s at once

Overall really enjoyed the training.he’s teach us in very good ways .so many new things learned
