Really fun, I learnt alot of breakaway techniques. I feel more confident in my job role
It was great to speak in more depth about primary and secondary strategies and the legislation surrounding restrictive practice. I really found that the breakaways were easy to learn and can apply them in my daily work.

Training was intensive course on how to deal with behavioural differences and how to keep oneself and customers safe.
Fantastic course and very well delivered. Jack and Craig made it interesting and it didnt feel like the old fashioned way of reading from a textbook. Informative and hands on. We spent time refreshing old techniques and learning new ones. It made your brain work and this is what learning is all about. We are constantly developing how we support and care for others, which we should be. Everyone should have to do this course. Some of the escape techniques could save someone's life, be that at work, in public or even for some in an unsafe environment at home, could save them from harm. Very very impressed with the course and the delivery over the two days from the trainers.
