I found the training with linsey really interesting and I came away with a better understanding of PBS the trainer also made it fun to be at.

Linsey took time to explain the questions I had, made the course a fun and positive learning experience which I will put to good use when creating and implementing PBS plans in the future. Thankyou Linsey, I look forward to the next training course

Linsey was very helpful and very supportive. She could clearly see how I began to feel overwhelmed and she was very supportive and calming giving me the confidence to continue. . The overall contents of the course was very helpful and informative.

Lynsel is a extremely good course instructor, and the course covered everything that we need to know and it was fun as well which made it better as we all got on together
