Very interesting course Lee was an excellent tutor and answered any questions that was put to him. My favourite part of the course was the breakaway techniques.

This course is the one! among all the short courses and training have done this one ranks on top. The information and skills from this course will give you a different perspective and a whole new approach towards work and life in general. I highly recommend this course, it's a must-do.
