Enjoyed the morning bit but the afternoon was sitting around as just had one breakaway

Trainer was very knowledgeable about the subject, took time to explain thoroughly. Very calm nd comfortable environment to train in.

Lee has very relatable experience in the techniques that we use , which made it effective in helping us understand why the behaviours might occur and how the can be de-escalated before breakaway is needed.
