Very good

It was very informative and loved Kirstie's approach to the training.

Very well lead and well structured

Informative and I feel prepared to deal with situations confidently in my role.

I enjoyed both sessions immensely. I learnt such a lot from Rachael, from the resources in the workbook and also from doing some research myself. I also got a lot from undertaking the training alongside colleagues I wouldn't normally work with and hearing their experiences and insight. I highly recommend this training even if you don't work directly in a supported service.

Really enjoyed the training, trainer was engaging us with the long sessions, found it easy to talk and add to conversations.

This was a very enlightening and enjoyable training session. I will take a lot away from these 2 sessions.

A bit too long before having a break which was only 15 minutes. Otherwise very good.
