Very knowledgeable, easy to understand and the workbook was easy to follow. I feel like I have learnt a lot and can apply this to my customers to improve the way that i support them,

Very good.. Feed back from Michelle Sixsmith and David Hunter The only reason I marked lower was personal preference of doing class room training..

EXCELLENT CONTENT THAT WAS CLEARLY EXPLAINED. TRAINER WAS VERY KNOWLEGDEABLE ABOUT CONTENT BUT ALSO ABOUT HOME GROUP, AS A COMPANY. THIS MADE IT EASY TO SEE HOW IT CAN HELP ME IN MY ROLE. VERY ENJOYABLE AND INFORMATIVE

Brilliant though would have preferred to be in a room rather than on line. However thuis has given me more confidence regarding teams meetings

This training was really relevant to supporting our customers. I am really hoping that all staff have taken this training and will use PBS to support people more effectively and understand the root causes of a persons behavior. I will also make sure I do this myself and support my colleagues to look beyond the behavior itself. Thank you
