The course was informative, engaging, and highly relevant to my role. Not appropriate for online as it would be missing the engaging/ interactive element I gained a better understanding of behaviour as communication and how to respond proactively. The training reinforced the importance of early intervention and person-centred support. Clear, well-structured content with practical examples I can apply immediately
It was a very interesting and needed course for me given the nature of my job. The teacher was very good using examples to drive home the lesson.

It was really a well organised session. Although there was a PPT presentation, it was not really just reading out from the presentation. The examples were all really good. Did not feel bored. :)
