Very engaging, made the session interesting. Really feel like I have learned something.
Kristie was very informative and I will use what I have learned when in difficult situations out of hours with patients with dementia in theatre settings
Very knowledgeable trainer, comprehensive workbook to take away and practical advice to take into the workplace.
It was very useful class and learned a lot about PBS . I will definitely use it at work
Really enjoyed the course - I found it interesting and learnt things which I will be able to use why I’m on the wards Hopefully can do the second day of the course. Will be checking with my manager :)
Very intresting, have learnt alots of things that i could take onto the ward and help me with patients. I like the stories about patients that help to link the theory and pratice.
I have seen PBS change lives for the better. I am so pleased it is being brought into the every day practice of everyone in the trust. Kirstie did a really good job explaining what it is and why and how it is used to people with all different roles in a way that no matter where they work, they will be able to implement it and create more positive outcomes for patients, families and the staff in our trust.
Response: Thank you, Natasha. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that Kirstie delivered the PBS training clearly, helping staff from all roles understand how to implement it to create positive outcomes for patients, families, and colleagues.
Kristie touched every aspects of the topic. I particularly enjoyed listening to all of the stories just to explain to us. Even though the topic is bit bulky, she made it easy to understand and carried everyone along. It’s not a waste of time as I really enjoyed the course
The day was well-paced Really helpful and generous personal anecdotes with practical skills we can take into every day work life Dementia content was particularly relevant to my patient population Really useful structure for approaching new patient in a patient-centred/holistic way. Thank you!
