Liam was really good at engaging with everyone, including an ice breaker activity at the beginning of the session which helped us get to know the people we were working with today. Learnt a lot especially new ways in how to communicate with patients in different ways to be supportive.

Have learnt about concerning behaviours, reasons, triggers behind those behaviours and many more things. Would definitely help me to deal with the patients in a better and positive way

Really communicative course and the content feels it will be beneficial in my role. For instance how attitudes can affect behaviours of concern and the different techniques used to handle different people. The trainer involved everyone who was in the course, allowing everyone to be vocal and voice opinions
