I found the course has really helped me with understanding a bit more about how to use the techniques that will help deescalate a situation in work Thanks again
I had an overall understanding of the topic prior to attending this course but none the less I learnt new things about the theory behind PBS and strategies in management of patients presenting with behaviours of concern. It made me reflect on my practice to date, and how I might improve on it in the future. The trainer (Jack) was extremely knowledgeable and made the full day of training interesting and interactive. The time passed quickly as the training was administered in an informal and entertaining way. The booklet is well presented and easy to read. It will remain a good reference point.
Response: Thank you, Alix. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the course added to your existing understanding of PBS and encouraged reflection on practice. It’s great to know Jack’s delivery made the session engaging and that the booklet will be a useful reference moving forward.
