Very fun and interactive session. Was lovely having Ben being our trainer. Thank you so much for getting us involved and opening my eyes to having a better approach and perspective in practice :)
It was really good it was engaging from the start. I genuinely learnt ALOTTT from this one session abt myself and others ben was amazing!! and i look forward to the upcoming sessions
Jack was engaging, thoughtful & provoked interesting conversations around behaviour. Provided relevant examples to different aspects of PBS which made the learning process better.
The training was great. A lot of information to take in ... intensive day. The trainer is absolutely brilliant. A plethora of knowledge and interestingly excellent in delivering the training. The suggestion I have, which I mentioned to Jack : if possible, change of pens to the ones with cap or rotating. It will be helpful to get away from the clicking sounds ( that might be uncomfortable for some) .

Good course. More clarity needed on who needs to attend all levels.
The course was helpful in understanding how behaviour is communication, and how we as nursing staff can implement change and adapt to meet everyone’s needs. The trainer was great and helped me to understand in detail how to deescalate situations.
Really informative course, kept the group involved in discussions throughout the whole day, including doing teamwork exercises together to engage everyone. Increased my knowledge and understanding of PBS so I can implement this in my practice. Thank you
