S.14 of the Care act is about paying for care not whistleblowing.
Response : Hi Rebecca, can I just say thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have fully looked into this and you are absolutely correct. The slide is around safeguarding and should actually refer to Chapter 14, Care and Support Statutory Guidance Issued under the Care Act 2014.
