It kept me engaged by having discussion and using examples for understanding. It was interesting topic very relevant to my role. I like having booklet about the topic to refer back to and enjoyed the exercises. I suffer from fatigue and this kept me awake. I miss from the booklet the other tools and slides we looked at online.

This was really useful course for me not coming from a support background and has put a lot of the theory into practical terms.
the training required the camera to be on, which is something I struggle with.
