was an amazing course and full of content and the trainer was also amazing she made the course fun and enjoyable as well as giving us all the information provided. There was a lot of group interaction and sharing stories and it was nice to meet other staff that I wouldn't normally meet.
Rachael was really engaging and made online training enjoyable. Felt like she truly understood the course and as she had a working background in the sector she could sympathies with the experiences of those involved in the course.

Andy answered all questions that were asked of him and was very knowledgeable. He gave facts and figures and his own experiences which gave more of a personal touch.
only bad thing about it was not always being able to see the graphs/charts/models that the trainer was reffering to. over all was a great course and I was completely wow'ed by the amount of knowledge the trainer had.
