Liam was a really good trainer, explained everything very well. Made sure the day was interactive as was a lot of theory. The workbook included lots of good information I feel I can take in to practice.Response : Hi Ellie. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found Liam clear in his explanations and that the interactive approach supported the theory-based content. It’s also good to hear that the workbook information was useful for practice. We hope that attending the course will further support you in your role.

The course was very informative. I particularly found the Arousal model useful in behavioural insights. The booklet was useful to fill in throughout the day.

For example, a student kicking over a chair I will check in and ask if they're okay first to prevent escalation - as this is what I'd do for a colleague
