Really enjoyed and easy to follow :) love you josh xxxxx
Josh made it a very fun and interesting course.
Was interested in subjects and learnt from it
Very informative Easy to understand Hopefully with what I have gained in knowledge from this course today I can apply in my job.
The trainer explained everything very well and we will take away these strategies to help us with our daily work.
A lot of information to take in but delivered well
I really enjoyed the course and it was nice to be able to be to open and honest. i will take away new skills and a fresh approach to commination. thanks for your time ben
Very in-depth, knowledgeable trainer who made the course enjoyable.
Really good training and overview. Would have been good to see more case study’s/role play examples in a alternative education setting rather then a care home setting so more apparent to our staff and service.
