The course was absolutely brilliant. Hannah was wonderful. She absolutely knew her stuff and was incredibly knowledgable and welcomed any and all questions. Helping make the knowledge relatable to our own experiences and checking our understanding throughout. I feel far more confident in dealing with behaviours that challenge and having the models to reflect and adapt to really help my customers progress and achieve their goals. Thank you!

Easy to understand information, captivating/engaging slides and positive and supportive teaching style
The course has helped gain understanding of PBS and define behaviour. Presenter has made it interesting and enjoyable . Explanation was clear
