Really informative and helpful and I do think it will be implanted well within my work place Lee was very passionate about PBS which really helped with the understanding and kept the training more engaging
Thoroughly enjoyed the course today. I had completed the day 3 course previously around 12 months ago, and so today was a good refresher and resets the thinking regarding the PBS/RRN training. Lee the trainer was a lovely guy, although one of the things I would mention is that he could wind back the spiritual stuff a little, you can tell he has beliefs and that is fine but it does creep into the course a little much and that can alienate some people. But if you are passionate about something like he clearly is it will be hard not to I suppose
The course was definitely a worth attending.Lian is an absolutey fabulous trainer.He kept me engaged throughout the course without making me feel bored,l did learn a lot from this course and will surely look forward for the next level.
