TRaining was delivered well and easy to understand. Loved the discussions and sharing ideas. Will put into practise what I have learned today.

Really enjoyed the training . I will take things from this a d put into practice.

Course needs more time to achieve the goals. Andy had to rush through a few areas because he was pushed for time. Materials were excellent.

Fairly straight forward training. Didn’t feel it required a whole day however, as some parts were focused on far too long.

Absolutely loved this training! I had lots of ‘lightbulb’ moments throughout and have learnt how to put my own experiences into practice when understanding potential ‘triggers/trauma’ within the people I support. It was a great opportunity to reflect on personal past trauma too. Lisa is a fantastic trainer, cannot fault her what so ever.

Really interesting to break down why people do what they do. I like the stuff around every behaviour having a reason and we can work out why if we just look deeper.
