Kirstie was an amazing trainer, she was so supportive and has endless amounts of knowledge. She was engaging and helpful throughout the sessions and was always checking in to ensure the group understood and were following the session. Amazing, Kirsty was great. Very engaging and I love that she's a nurse so understand hospital. As last few courses were ex police etc. I love all the examples she gives
