Rachael was really nice and usually don't like being put on the spot but she managed to asked questions without too much pressure. It was a perfect size with just 7 of us in the session so made it easy to interact. I want to do the part 2 when possible because I thought it was so useful. Really related it to all particular services and I would recommend any support worker to do it. Helps your customers, but also helps yourself in a difficult job

Excellent course. Could not fault the trainer who in my opinion kept everyone involved and interested in the course. One of the best trainers I have had in 23 years

Andy Whysall delivered this course brilliantly , his knowledge and delivery was excellent and the course content was developed to work alongside how we do things at Homegroup. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and the way it was delivered and how it refreshed my knowledge and how it will be applied within my role
