Rachael is a very good trainer that is not only passionate about her subject but also, incredibly good at getting people involved in the sessions. By getting to know the staff on the session and sharing her experiences, the training has been equally as well delivered online as it would have been face to face which is a testament to Rachael’s personality and ability. Highly recommend this trainer and this training specifically.
