Andy was very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged, he was very upbeat and delivered the training so it was easily understood and kept checking everyone's understanding of the topics. I personally found 3 .5 hours a bit too long especially on the second day, but that was about my concentration, not Andy's delivery.

The trainer has excellent knowledge, gave relevant examples to explain a point, was encouraging to all attendees and I would recommend this training.
