This is a must for every care support worker because the course would help them to discharge their duties more effectively and efficiently. The trainer Ben was awesome to make the class very interactive. I was able to comprehend well.
Ben was amazing in explaining, give examples and real scenarios in a detailed manner. This training was very interactive and will be really helpful in my practice providing care to patients. I really enjoyed this first day of this training and look forward for the day 2 with Ben. Thankyou

Kirstie was excellent, she was very informative and gave real life examples which were really helpful. I have learnt a lot about positive behaviour strategies and look forward to putting them into practice
Fantastic course. Only downside was the small room that was very hot, and video audio was too quiet
