The trainer (Kirstie) was very knowledgeable and excellent at conveying this information. Their experience in the field was clear and they presented a reassuring approach to teaching the necessary materials. Some good inclusions of personal experiences which were relevant, timely and of an engaging nature. 10/10 would recommend :)

I already have a lot of knowledge in psychology, so even the course is well designed and informative I have already known a lot of what it covers, so then I have learnt not a lot of new skills. I have improved my existing skills though. I like the pace and dynamics.
