It was a really interesting course and Ben made it very engaging. It was good to challenge some of the thought patterns that you unconsciously develop when working in health care and to see a new way of thinking about things and explore different ways to deescalate and think about behavior we see in work. I think this course was really helpful and I think it will change how I think and practice in work.
