Kirstie was a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable with fun and relevant stories to help the day along. We get people into clinic who are already escalating and this course will be great in helping to de-escalate situations .

It was a very good session, the trainer did a good job. I was worried how iam gonna finish the 7hr session but the trainer made it easy

Really enjoyed the course. Great trainer. Well engaged in group discussions. Friendly, approachable and great people person. Information was delivered in a timely manner with slower approach in more complex areas. Recapped at the end to ensure everyone was comfortable with the information and gave many signal points to ensure everyone understood. Thanks jack!
