Very engaging speaker, made me think and reflect on previous and current patients and how I can change my approach in future. Would love to learn more/ do day 2 if offered.

Excellent course, very informative with real life scenarios which put the information into context. Trainer very happy to answer questions and relate the information into our workplaces. Very interactive and enjoyable.

I liked that the course had a structured layout with a workbook and slides. This kept it engaging and meant we have something to reference later.
