I really enjoyed the course, I have been on several courses during my time in the Army and this is my first civilian one. Richard is by far the best instructor I have came across, his knowledge was excellent and his delivery was perfect for us all to understand. Thanks Richard

Instructor was very good. Was patient and knowledgeable. He managed to make what could have otherwise been dry material flow in a fun way

Had a laugh with the instructor was light hearted but serious when he had to be regaurding course content. Overall the first aid course was delivered very well and was made fun rather than the usual dry boring powerpoint presentations.

Both instructors thst delivered the course we're superb. Lots of interactive content and humour at appropriate times. Excellent delivery overall

Excellent course, mix of both practical and theory was very good. For me personally I feel I have the confidence to administer first aid at work. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable 3 days.

I enjoyed the content of the course although I found the pace a bit too fast at times. The practical side of things was great and I enjoyed the humour from the instructors.
