I thought Keith was an excellent instructor. The class was informative while relaxed. Also making practical work fun but knowledgeable. We had regular breaks and were provided with a lovely lunch. Would recommend this course 👌

The course was very clear and well paced. Keith was informative and gave a good mix of information and practical work. I learned valuable first aid that I can carry forward and keep in mind when in the workplace and in daily life. Thank you to Keith and the AlbaCare team for being so kind and helpful.
We did not have Richard we had Keith, who is a very nice, approachable person. The course was set at a very good pace, and the course had plenty of information and lots of devices to use.

Great course, a lot of knowledge passed on, Richard was great, a lot of practical stuff done as well, good presentation, kept it interesting for the whole 3 days.

Richard was brand new and made the course very enjoyable. Probably the best First Aid ⛑️ course I have been on due to Richards knowledge and delivery. The course was broken up with knowledge and practical so you weren't getting bored. It made it easier to take things in.
