Very good

Keith was great, very knowledgeable and engaging. There was a little jumping between subjects, I don't know if this was down to a redesign of the course, or tailoring to the class.

Course was lead really well and afterwards I felt 100% more confident in my abilities to perform first aid should the need arise.

Absolutely amazing way to teach others. I didn't get bored even once. Learn many new things in such a short time. Definitely happy to be a part of this training

The overall course was fantastic. Both Keith and Richard gave good easy to understand instructions and the practicals were fun and engaging. No question was silly or stupid and took The time to answer.

Course was delivered by Keith and Richard in a really easy way to understand. I like that they encouraged you to ask questions
