I really enjoy my course,very good trainer

Very informative course &enjoyable time had due to Richards ability 2put the class at ease 10/10

Course was very good, Richard made the course very interesting engaging, and passed the time well with humour. Always willing to answer questions. Some of tricker scenarios could have been answered in more detail, for example there was a question of the validity of car insurance when driving a work colleague to the ER. These kindas of questions can be tricky however. Sandwiches were also delicious.

Fantastic course. Great knowledge from instructor. Really enjoyed it. Very interactive as well which was great.
