Very interesting session, a lot of reflection and generating ideas ourselves, which was very good. And I also liked learning new information on the STARR techniques
the comms session was really good and will defo use STARR when doing interviews
A good introduction to communication skills, with some really useful information and topics covered. A good balance of theory and breakout rooms / practical sessions.

I really enjoyed the diminisher and maximiser activity and thankful to Michael for having given us an extra 5 mins in breakout rooms, as there was lots to talk about. On a totally different subject, are there any thoughts on making at least one session face to face? As it would be nice to have a chat directly with people we are getting to know and enjoying the great facilities Happy has in London.
We are always given time to reflect on what we have learnt in the sessions along with opportunities to feedback. Great group to be part of, with regular encouragement throughout the course so far.
