The course is engaging - could have done with more guidance around pulling together the evidence pack.
I wonder if further opportunities/ broader opportunities to consider how to navigate and approach conflict management through scenarios/ approaches may be offered/ beneficial in future. For example linking to coaching and how coaching questions/ NVC can be used to support (?) feel reassured from today's conversations that following evidence packs shall be clearer to navigate and access.

Today's session was very informative and engaging. We were provided with a detailed explanation of how the end point assessment works, what is expected from us, and how to prepare effectively. Instead of just reading through the material, which could have been tedious, the quiz session added an interactive element that made the learning process more interesting and helped reinforce the key points. This approach not only made the session enjoyable but also enhanced our understanding and retention of the information
All in all, very good. I am confident in my leadership skills, however this course is laying out the separate aspects into areas to focus on and combine them wholly to become an effective leader. I have not thought about these different aspects on a singular level, example, how to create environments which employees feel valued in and then utilising their full potential.
