Although I was not able to attend in person I was able to participate and kept involved through out the session
I am beginning to see the value of the course and how it can support me when challenging senior manager
Content was great and pace was really good, with sufficient moments to reflect, talk and to take breaks
I am finding this course extremely interesting and have learnt a lot in the past few weeks. I am definitely incorporating my learning styles into my day-to-day working and this is providing me with scope to delegate more, push back work that i do not need to be involved in and see things differently.
There is a good balance of breakout sessions, learning through the use of PowerPoint and interactive workshops using wide variety of tools.
I am finding the course really interesting and have learned a lot so far. Michael is really approachable and supportive.
A really enjoyable session with good content. Always engaging and great to see the reast of the group and catch up.
