Management Apprenticeship - Level 5 (Day 6) Reviews

I wonder if further opportunities/ broader opportunities to consider how to navigate and approach conflict management through scenarios/ approaches may be offered/ beneficial in future. For example linking to coaching and how coaching questions/ NVC can be used to support (?) feel reassured from today's conversations that following evidence packs shall be clearer to navigate and access.

Sarah is lovely and very supportive and Sophie was very knowledgeable.

All in all, very good. I am confident in my leadership skills, however this course is laying out the separate aspects into areas to focus on and combine them wholly to become an effective leader. I have not thought about these different aspects on a singular level, example, how to create environments which employees feel valued in and then utilising their full potential.

It has been a very though provoking session and I have learnt lots of useful things to take away.

Good today but has been a tiring few weeks due to getting the last assignment in.

Tricky as video / presentation was not clear and repeated

There is a lot to process at each session.

the comms session was really good and will defo use STARR when doing interviews

A good introduction to communication skills, with some really useful information and topics covered. A good balance of theory and breakout rooms / practical sessions.
