Becoming a Multiplier reviews

Really engaging session and although everyone in the room has different roles, we all had the opportunity to apply the thought process to ourselves as individuals and our teams/work force.

I think there is a big divide between managers leading ops/cht teams vs more creative-type teams that have less strictly/precisely defined objectives. Tailoring course towards the two a bit differently may help it be more relevant

A useful course Thought provoking and will look to implement changes

Overall great, with thought provoking and tangible/actionable learning outcomes
