Very different form of training where it's mainly based on attendees interaction. This is new for me and I quite enjoyed it.
Course is great though some elements seem to be more applicable to leaders of organisations rather than leaders of teams
I felt it was really informative, but touched upon things we may have already been aware of and gave a better grasp of how to be better at multiplying.
An excellent course and truly inspirational. Very practical approach to becoming a good leader who nurtured talent and embodies trust in her team.
